Our farm-raised beef is dry-aged for 21 days prior to processing. Because it takes 24 months to raise our cattle from birth to finish, our bulk beef is not an on-demand product. We sell our bulk beef on a first-come, first-served basis and encourage you to reserve your beef early.
Prices are based on average 62.5 lb hanging beef. Our hanging beef typically yields around 37.5 lbs of meat for your freezer. Processing costs are included in beef cost.

Our current live weight price per pound is only $3.50. The average price of a whole beef averages 1000 based on an average-sized beef. Your cost may vary based on the weight of your beef. When purchasing bulk beef online, we ship bulk beef (whole, half, and quarters) at no charge directly to your home, within 150 miles of our store front.
Please Note: Our beef has already been preselected for high-end meat cuts. If other cuts are desired, please let us know prior to beef being processed.
