Wagyu Beef Marrow Bones

Marrow bones are a rare treat and affordable delicacy. Bone marrow has been used throughout history for adding much needed nutrition and flavor to soups and stews. Use them to make your own healthy bone broth. Sprinkle them with sea salt and pepper before roasting to enjoy a flavorful and hearty meal.  Our meat is dry aged for 21 days, the beef’s flavor and tenderness intensifies as it takes on more of the dry-aged qualities.

*Marrow can be spread crackers, toast, or your favorite bread "Marrow Butter"
